About Solibit

Solibit Ltd is a private investment holding company established in 2019 in the British Virgin Islands. It invests only the capital of its family shareholders. We do not manage third-party money, raise funds or provide investment services.

With no outside investors and no fund term to work against, we can hold positions through full market cycles and support founders beyond a single round. We invest directly from friends-and-family rounds to Series A, and at later stages through special purpose vehicles and funds sponsored by Solidus.
